Synopsis

One day at the beach, a young girl encounters an aging man resting in a lawn chair–but he looks different. Rather than sporting swimming trunks and sunscreen like everyone else, he’s relaxing in a collared shirt and slacks. Naturally, this curios nine-year-old approaches the man and asks why he isn’t going in the water or playing in the sand, to which the man kindly replies that he is simply there to observe and take in the world around him. Confused as to how that could be remotely fun, the old man challenges the young girl to see the world in a new kind of way.
